COLLECTION & DELIVERY

If your car is drivable, we can collect and deliver your car from your home or workplace for only £50. We use a flatbed vehicle transporter or trailer to transport your vehicle although occasionally we may have to drive your vehicle during busy periods. This service is subject to availability. Maximum radius of 15 miles applies from our garage which is in LU2 postcode. Some of the areas we cover for collection are Luton, Hitchin, Stevenage, Hemel Hempstead, Flitwick, Harpenden, St Albans, Dunstable, Houghton Regis, Leighton Buzzard, Slip End, Caddington, Markyate, and Clophill. Minimum charge of £25 applies regardless of distance.

We cover Milton Keynes, Bedford, Watford, Letchworth, and Welwyn Garden city for just £60 for both collection and delivery.

If your vehicle cannot be driven and needs winching, then we can arrange recovery from one of the local recovery agents we use. Please call us for a quote but typically this will cost between £60-£200 for up to a 20-mile radius for one way. This depends on vehicle type, difficulty in loading and distance from our site.

PLEASE NOTE: WE CANNOT GIVE AN EXACT TIME AND DAY WHEN DELIVERING VEHICLES BACK TO CUSTOMERS, WE HAVE TWO TIME SLOTS WHICH WE GIVE, THIS WILL BE MORNING DELIVERY BETWEEN 9AM-1PM AND AFTERNOON SLOT WHICH WILL BE BETWEEN 1PM-6PM, WE USUALLY AIM TO DELIVER CUSTOMER VEHICLES BACK WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE VEHICLES BEING READY BUT DURING BUSY PERIODS THIS MAY INCREASE TO 48 HOURS. CUSTOMERS ARE WELCOME TO COLLECT THEIR CAR IF THEY ARE IN URGENT NEED ALTHOUGH THE TOTAL TRANSPORT CHARGE WILL STILL APPLY.
